Full Circle Orange County

Full Circle Orange CountyFull Circle Orange CountyFull Circle Orange County

Full Circle is designed to provide risk-impacted students with the guidance & support they need to overcome challenges.

"You are who you choose to become.”

Founders Passion

Full Circle was founded by Martha Trujillo, a proud product of Orange County who once walked the same uncertain paths as the youth she now serves. Experiencing foster care, gang involvement, incarceration, and drug addiction.  That journey from pain to purpose is the foundation of everything Full Circle stands for.

Diversion through Mentorship

My Mission

I know the transformative power of having someone who believes in your potential. Every student, no matter their circumstances, holds the spark to succeed. Life's challenges do not have to dictate their future. I believe that by providing the right support, understanding, and consistent effort, I can help every student I mentor rewrite, redefine and reclaim their story.

My Vision

Full Circle embodies the belief that "diversion through mentorship" can help students break free from the cycles of risk and failure. By allowing the use of lived experience, academic knowledge, and compassionate guidance to support and coach, teaching students a new way to envision where they are destined to be is POSSIBLE.

WHAT SETS FULL CIRCLE APART FROM OTHER MENTORSHIPS

I’ve lived through the experiences many at-risk students are struggling with. I understand the emotional, social, and environmental pressures they face, whether it’s from gangs, unstable home situations, substance abuse or neglect. I know how hard it can be to believe in a better future when your present seems full of obstacles. But I also know, from personal experience, that it’s possible to overcome those obstacles and achieve success.

When you choose my mentorship services, you’re offering students the chance to connect with someone who has walked the same path they’re on. I use my life story—one that includes academic failure, but also redemption through education—to show them that their circumstances don’t have to define their future. My academic journey, culminating in a master’s degree, is proof that with the right guidance and support, they too can rise above their challenges.

My goal is to not only keep students in school but to help them understand their potential and navigate the complex factors that put their education and future at risk. I am committed to showing these young people that despite the setbacks, it is never too late to make the right choices and achieve greatness.

From the Streets to the Stage: Speaking Engagements

On May 31, Fullerton School District eighth-graders walked across an outdoor stage on the Fullerton Union High School campus to receive their certificates of promotion from administrators and board trustees while loved ones cheered them on from the stands.

For Martha Trujillo, this moment was a milestone nearly 17 years in the making.

While attending Nicolas Jr. High as an eighth-grade student in 2007, Trujillo exhibited behaviors that led to her expulsion. Anything is possible!

From the Streets to the Stage: Speaking Engagements

As a guest speaker at La Vista High school I was able to share my story to at risk high school students. When I speak I really never know whether what I say is going to spark an interest or a sense of curiosity to hear more. But I always remind myself that this is an opportunity to at least tend the soil for the seed that will be planted later. Every opportunity to speak is a chance to shed light and open eyes to see that “We are all RAZA”
